What is NETeller?

NETeller is an e-wallet service that enables NETeller customers to load, withdraw and transfer funds from their online NETeller accounts to their Paddy Power account.

How to use NETeller with Paddy Power?

Customers deposit funds to their Paddy Power account using NETeller through the My Account page.
1. Login to a Paddy Power account via the homepage.
2. Select My Account from the homepage. Alternatively select Deposit and proceed to Step 4.
3. Select Deposit from the navigation bar
4. Select the ADD button from the NETELLER row, or click on the NETELLER logo.
5. Enter the NETeller account details, amount to deposit and the Paddy Power password. Click ‘Deposit’.

To make a deposit to your Paddy Power Poker account using your credit card, click on the "My Account" option in the poker client, and then click on the "Deposit" tab. You will be given the opportunity to enter the start date, expiry date or issue number. Simply enter the amount you wish to deposit leaving out the currency sign, confirm your password and submit the form.

3D Secure

During the deposit process users may also be requested to enter their 3–D Secure password for credit card deposits. 3–D Secure Authentication is an enhanced security measure being introduced by all credit card companies for all internet payments. This internet equivalent of Chip & Pin is being activated over the coming weeks and months. If your bank/card provider has enabled this measure of security you will be prompted to enter your 3–D Secure password during the deposit process.

This allows customers to interact directly with their card issuing bank and authenticate their deposit by entering a unique password to verify their identity before the payment is authorised. Here you can follow the on screen instructions to authenticate your card and carry out your deposit.

If you are not aware of your 3D–Secure password you can also follow the on screen instructions given to retrieve it.

Please Note:

  • Only one card can be used on any single account.
  • The name and address of the card holder must match the name and address on your Paddy Power account.
  • At present we cannot accept credit cards from US banks due to legal restrictions.
  • A typical transaction will take 10–15 seconds to process, however at peak times this may rise to 1 minute. Please be patient and only click the deposit button once.
  • Paddypowerpoker.com will take no additional charges from your credit card for using our services.
  • Some credit card issuing banks now charge a cash advance fee for any deposits to online betting firms. If your bank charges you, please let us know.
  • European MasterCard holders have unilaterally decided that they will no longer accept withdrawals back onto their cards. Also, some Sterling customers with an address in Northern Ireland may not be able to withdraw funds back onto their Mastercard either. In these cases, in order to make a withdrawal please email us at poker@paddypower.com (with your Username, Full Name, Billing address of card and Amount to withdraw) and we will send you out a cheque the very next day for the required amount. (Please allow a few days for delivery).
  • European MasterCard holders have unilaterally decided that they will no longer accept withdrawals back onto their cards. Also, some Sterling customers with an address in Northern Ireland may not be able to withdraw funds back onto their Mastercard either.   • Once you have sent the cheque you must email:support@paddypower.com. This is for security purposes. The email must contain the following information please:
    Subject line of email must state - "Cheque Deposit".
    The Date you sent the cheque, Currency (Stg/Euro), Amount of the cheque, and your Username at Paddypower.com
    The purpose of this information is to ensure that clients receive the correct amount to be deposited into their accounts.
  • No 3rd party cheques will be accepted; this means cheques drawn on J Bloggs account can only be lodged to J Bloggs Paddypower.com account.
  • All cheques sent to us must have the account holder's username written on the back of the cheque.
  • No other persons can send cheques on behalf of an account holder.
    Please allow 1-5 working days for EURO cheques to clear and 5-10 working days for GBP cheques to clear before any money is deposited to your account.

Once you have transferred the money you must email:support@paddypower.com. This is for security purposes. The email must contain the following information please:
Subject line of email must state - "Bank Transfer".

The Date you transferred the money, Your Account Name, Your Bank Account number, Your Bank's sort code, Your Bank's Name and Address, Currency (Stg/Euro), Amount you wish to transfer, and your Username at Paddypower.com

The purpose of this information is to ensure that clients receive the correct amount to be deposited into their accounts.

The daily minimum to be transferred is €10/10GBP. Please allow for 1-5 days for the money to be credited to your account at Paddypower.com. Paddypower cannot credit any client's account unless they send the required email to support@paddypower.com

Please note that the Banks are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, therefore we recommend that you transfer your money between Monday to Thursday to avoid delays in crediting your account.

 

Billpay is the new free service from An Post, which allows Paddypower.com clients in Ireland to deposit money into their Paddypower.com accounts.

This is the first service of its kind in Ireland and provides an alternative to the traditional methods of depositing money into your paddypower.com account.

1. You must be an Irish account holder to avail of this service.

2. Send an email with your name, address, username, preferred email address and mobile/Phone number to support@paddypower.com.

3. Our accounts department will record the assigned card details and send it to you in the post. Please allow for 3-5 working days for delivery.

4. Once you receive your Paddypower Billpay card, you must visit your local Post Office and make the necessary deposits.
5. You may deposit using the following methods:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Laser


Please note: All cheques are to be made out to AN Post and not Paddypower.com


6. The An Post clerk will swipe your paddypower.com BillPay card and transfer your preferred deposit amount to Paddypower.com. Please allow for 2-4 working days before this money is credited to your online account at Paddypower.com.
7. The minimum amount payable is €50 and the maximum amount payable is €5000.

 

The minimum deposit allowed is £10 or €10 depending on your currency of choice.

The maximum deposits per day allowed are: Euro - € 8000 GBP - £6000

The maximum cash deposit per day through a Paddy Power shop is: Euro - €5,000 GBP- £5,000. Any amount higher than the above should be lodged by means of a cheque or bank draft.

 

Paddypower.com recognise that online security is an area of vital importance for all our clients. It is imperative that you should be fully satisfied that your personal details are 100% secure before you commence betting.

Encryption: A key area of online security is encryption using the SSL mechanism, that is to say that information you provide us with is encrypted so that it cannot be read across the Internet. 128-bit SSL Encryption is used on all pages of our payment system.

Firewalls: Another key measure of online security is the Firewall. This sits between the Paddypower.com Web server and the Internet, providing further protection against non-authorised access. Access to the server is strictly controlled by the firewall, ensuring maximum protection for the website.

The Padlock:
Each screen within the secure areas of the website will include the padlock symbol in the bottom right hand side of the page to indicate that you are in a secure area and that any information you transmit is encrypted. Added Security If you are logged into your account for some time without using it the system will automatically log you out for security reasons.

 

Paddypower.com DO NOT charge our clients for any deposits made to their accounts.

However, we advise customers to be aware that their Credit/ Debit card company may charge you. With regard to Bank transfers, we do NOT charge for deposits made via this service, however your bank may charge you.

 

For all credit and debit cards, a typical transaction will take 10-15 seconds to process, however at peak times this may rise to 1 minute. Please be patient and only click the deposit button once. For security reasons you can only deposit from your card once every 2 minutes.

If you attempt to deposit more often than this you will receive a message "Speed Limit Hit”. However, please note that although it only takes a few seconds for the funds to be withdrawn from your bank account, the process can take up to 5 working days for the funds to reach your bank account/credit/debit card. Please allow 1-5 days for receipt and clearance of cheques and for clearance of bank transfers.
