That's why we ask you to play responsibly. Gaming can be great entertainment, provided you stay in control.

We will always endeavour to help you if you find yourself in difficulties.

Paddy Power Poker works in conjunction with Gamcare, the UK's National centre for information, advice and practical help regarding the social impact of gambling. Paddy Power Poker has been awarded the GamCare Certification to acknowledge their achievement in implementing the GamCare Code of Practice for Remote Gambling.

Paddy Power Poker has achieved high standards in player protection and social responsibility and recognises the need to assist their customers to play responsibly. To achieve GamCare Certification Paddy Power Poker has implemented the following practices:

  • Controls for customer spend
  • Self Exclusion: When a customer requests that their account be closed due to the fact that they believe they are gambling excessively, Paddy Power Poker will close the account and will do all that it can to prevent new accounts being opened by that customer in the future.
  • Information about responsible gambling and sources of advice and support
  • Training for Customer Service Agents in problem gambling and social responsibility
  • Consultation with GamCare when developing new technologies and products
  • Support for the work GamCare carries out in addressing the social impact of gambling

Setting your deposit limits:
Poker can be an exciting leisure activity and we encourage our customers to have fun, but not to play beyond their means. Therefore we offer customers the option to set a preferred maximum deposit limit and frequency. If you wish to set a maximum deposit level and frequency go to the "Responsible Betting" section of "My Account", and here you will be able to set daily or weekly deposit limits. A decrease in your maximum deposit level or frequency will take effect immediately, but an increase in your maximum deposit level or frequency will take 24 hours to take effect if you currently have a daily limit applied and 7 days to take effect if you currently have a weekly limit.
